The ability to read and comprehend seems to be more important than ever.  Examples of written material includes work material, internet websites, email, billboards, magazines, newspapers, novels, school instructions and the list seems to get bigger everyday.  If you want to learn how to improve your reading speed now would be a great opportunity to take advantage of one of the great speed reading programs available on the market.

  6. Perform eye muscle exercises – The muscles in the eye are just like any other muscle in the body.  Proper exercising will make them stronger and more efficient.  Performing exercises specifically for the eye will help you see better and process anything that you are reading more effectively.
